MSc., 2002, graduated magna cum laude in Geology, University of Torino. Subject: “Geological and petrological study of the NW end of the UHP Brossasco-Isasca Unit, Dora Maira Massif (Western Alps)”. Advisor: Prof. Roberto Compagnoni
Ph.D. in Earth Sciences, 2005, University of Torino and Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, France). Subject: “Asbestos hazard in Western Alps: petrology, characterization and quantitative determination of fibrous minerals in the asbestos-bearing serpentinites of the Piemonte Zone (Susa and Lanzo valleys).” Advisors: Prof. Roberto Compagnoni, Dr. Thierry Dumont.
